Transforming Black Boys into Black Kings
About This Course
The purpose of this course is to provide the viewer constructive perspectives to address building the conscious development of young Black boys. This is an effort to present building blocks that will nurture progressive transformational change. While mentoring is an important pathway to learning and development, having the key support parameters will ultimately align a young Black boy in the trajectory of becoming a constructive Black King.

Germany Jamael Dixon, Ph. D.
Dr. Germany Dixon worked in the healthcare industry for the past 20+ years in multiple management and executive-level positions. His path in education started back in 2009 as an adjunct instructor and has continued to matriculate into a progressive career in higher education administration. He earned a BA in Biology from LaGrange College, and both a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Health Management along with an Ed.D. in Leadership and Management at St. Thomas University. Additionally, he is a Veteran, and served in the United States Marine Corps for over 7 years, and earned an Honorable discharge in 1999. Currently, he is the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Palm Beach State College, and serves on the Miami-Dade County Black Affairs Advisory Board in the Education Committee and also with the Miami Chapter, NAACP Education Committee.
